We use these meetings to discuss complex topics more in-depth and to review progress on our strategic goals. These are not business meetings and therefore, we do not make decisions or take votes at these meetings. We generally post our agenda one week in advance. I apologize if that didn't happen or our website has different information in different places. The agenda can be found here: http://board.mpls.k12.mn.us/meeting_agenda_packet_and_minutes You will see that we are discussing the 6th goal of our strategic plan which relates to capital projects. As it is a Committee of the Whole meeting, we will not be making any decisions related to the ABE/T-Plus building. The board has previously discussed and voted on the sale of the building that currently houses ABE, and concluded that the Wilder Building does not does meet adequate facility needs for the T-Plus students (as we are trying to serve young adults in an an elementary building with facilities designed for young children). I've copied our board staff, Jesse Winkler and Jennifer Lindquist. They will looking into where it might say "TBD" on the website and work with our communication team to ensure our website is more informative and agenda accessible in a timely fashion.
